Atlas Row
About Atlas Row

Built to be the standard others measure themselves against

We exist to change the ceiling on what residential care can look like — for the children who live with us, for the professionals who work with us, and for the sector as a whole.

Our purpose

Why Atlas Row exists

Atlas Row was founded with a single, clear commitment: to deliver residential care that is safe, skilled, and quietly transformational for children and young people who have experienced significant adversity.

In our work, young people carry far too much for their age - trauma, instability, experiences they didn't choose. Residential care should be the place where that weight is finally taken off their shoulders.

What we stand for

Three commitments we don't move on

01

Children come first, always.

Every decision — from staffing to decor choices — is tested against what is right for the young people in our care.

02

Trauma-skilled, not just aware.

We invest heavily in training, clinical supervision and reflective practice. Understanding is only useful when it becomes skill.

03

Serious about the everyday.

Consistent routines, honest conversations, milestones celebrated, birthdays remembered — the small things are the work.

The people

A team held together by practice, not paperwork

Our residential teams are stable, well-supported and continually developed. Reflective practice is embedded — not bolted on — and every Registered Manager is supported by senior leaders who know their homes personally.

We recruit slowly and carefully. We keep the people who show they can do this work well. And we protect the conditions that let them thrive.
