About Heather Lea
Heather Lea is a home that invites you outside. The grounds give young people space to move, to be loud, to be quiet, and to gradually reconnect with what feels good.
Inside, the light-filled conservatory and open kitchen keep the team and young people naturally close throughout the day.
Situated just outside the historic market town of Penrith, Heather Lea is a spectacular five-bedroom modern detached country home set within its own expansive grounds.
The property boasts an abundance of light and space, with almost every room enjoying dual-aspect views of the surrounding Lake District fells through large windows and elegant French doors. The layout offers the best of both worlds: a contemporary open-plan feel balanced by dedicated spaces for quiet contemplation, including a large living room, a conservatory, and a separate TV/games room.
